How do I return an item?
We appreciate your business and hope you find your product satisfactory.
On the rare occasion that you my find your tea unsatisfactory we are not able to return any consumable products unless it was received open or damaged. We may consider a store credit to use on the website for a future purchase off of the website which will be decided on a case by case basis. Exchanges are also, considered on a case by case basis for non-tea or non-consumable products if you find them unsatisfactory or damaged.
